Hi! My name is Joyce Ulrich! 

I know what it's like to do everything "right" and still feel stuck.

In my late 40’s and 50’s, I struggled with many of the same frustrations my clients face today. The weight wouldn't come off the way it used to. My energy wasn't what it had been. My sleep was interrupted by hot flashes and then freezing cold sweats. I felt confused by what my body was doing and frustrated that the advice that worked in my younger years no longer seemed to work.

What made it even more frustrating was that I was already a health coach.

I understood nutrition. I understood healthy habits. Yet I was still struggling.

For a long time, I thought I needed more discipline, more willpower, more running, or a stricter plan.

I was wrong

What I eventually discovered is the same thing I now teach my clients:

The problem wasn't a lack of effort.

The problem was a lack of understanding.

Like many women, I had never been taught how to recognize the signals my body was sending me. I didn't understand how blood sugar patterns, metabolism, energy fluctuations, stress, recovery, and eating habits were influencing my ability to lose weight and feel good.

Once I learned how to read those signals, everything changed.

The solution wasn't another trendy diet or intermittent fasting 

It wasn't cutting out food groups or counting macros, calories or anything.

It wasn't spending more time exercising.

It was learning how my body worked and making the right adjustments based on what it actually needed.

The result?

More energy. Less frustration. Sustainable weight loss. Greater confidence. Great sleep.

And perhaps most importantly, freedom from the constant cycle of starting over.
